Injury Worsens, Return Delayed for Patriots Kieschnick Friday, May 5th , 2062 It was learned today in George Washington that reliever Kevin Kieschnick would miss more time because his recovery from a hamstring strain was not going as well as expected. The Patriots, however, were quick to relay that the setback did not seem to be serious and that Kieschnick would only miss 2 weeks more. Thus far this season, Kieschnick has compiled a 0-1 record, made 8 relief appearances with no saves, hurling 12.2 innings and striking out 12. He has held the opposition to a .357 batting average with a 6.39 ERA. |
