Injury Takes Toll, Chris Williams Out Sunday, May 14th , 2062 Chris Williams will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Lerna starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Williams was injured while throwing a pitch in the Lions-Mustangs clash at Visigoths Stadium recently. Doctors said he has shoulder inflammation and would be out a minimum of 5-6 months. This season, Williams has worked 32.2 innings with 30 strikeouts en route to a 1-3 record and a 10.47 ERA. |
