Owusu Selected PRLL's Top Player Thursday, June 22nd , 2062
The manager of the Santa Clara Vampires said he thinks Jeremy Owusu is only going to get better as he gets older.
He may only be 17, but it will be hard to top the left fielder's 2062 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Pete Rose Little League Most Valuable Player Award.
His winning campaign featured a .432 batting average and a .593 on-base percentage this year. In 64 games he piled up 99 hits, 18 doubles, no triples, 35 home runs, 99 RBIs and 95 runs scored.
