Ducrocq Has 20-Game Hitting Streak Friday, May 30th , 2064 Thimotée Ducrocq, second baseman for the Normal Nutcrackers, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 1 hit in his club's 2-1 victory over the The Stinging Larvae at The Queen. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends." Thimotée Ducrocq hit a solo-shot off Alex Bustillos in the 7th and walked in the 9th. So far this year, Ducrocq is batting .487 with 9 home runs and 22 RBIs. |
