The Dallas Texans got a sterling performance from pitcher Mike Boyle, but the Seattle Sasquatch still prevailed, 3-1. Boyle threw 8.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Seattle is now 69-77.

The Texans had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Sasquatch going into the top of the second inning. That changed quickly when the 2056 RCL home run champion Vinny Franco came to the plate. Franco hit a 2-run home run on a 2-1 fastball from Dallas hurler Mike Boyle. It was Franco's 31st home run of the year.

"I'm glad we can make our fans happy with a win," Franco told the Seattle Gazette.
