Victory Over Rockets Takes Spokane to 21-9
Spokane beat Kelowna on the strength of starter Ivan Pimentel's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a 3-1 win. The Bulldogs keep rolling, raising their record to 21-9.

Jose Salamanca aided the Spokane cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the left fielder was 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs.

"There's never a lack of effort in our clubhouse. We're willing to do the little things to get the win," Salamanca told the Spokane Gazette.
