Lumberjacks Fight for 4-3 Win
The Adirondack Lumberjacks and Kelowna Rockets played an entertaining game for Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum patrons.

Kelowna left fielder Whip Dondale was sensational. He went 4-4 with 4 singles. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Adirondack beat the Rockets, 4-3. The win for the Lumberjacks lifted their record to 91-60.

Walt Rae had a direct impact on the outcome. Rae contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the eighth inning to put Adirondack up, 4-3.

Rae attributed the win to "concerted effort and focus."
