Mustang Lose to Pipe Fitters in Walk-Off
The Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters turned back the Carson City Mustang, 6-5, at Pipe Fitters Park. Sammy Gillin, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 2 for 5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. After today's action, Niagara Falls sits at 76-86; Carson City slips to 82-80.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Gillin hit a fastball from Chris DePalma for a run-scoring single. The Pipe Fitters, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
