Spirited fans greeted the Wichita Wolverines for their clash with the Clearwater Seagulls.

Starting pitcher Randy Sellman fulfilled his part of the bargain, helping the Clearwater Seagulls stymie the Wichita Wolverines, 6-2. The Wolverines drop to 4-9.

Clearwater used a clutch at-bat from Joe White to capture the win. The shortstop hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Seagulls ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I put my work in and trusted the process," said Sellman.
