With Nathan Snook leading the charge, the Rock River Rats defeated the Sandy Springs Spartans, 8-6. Snook was 1-2 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Rats. Lee Pearl collected his 2nd save. The Spartans fall to 11-15 and continue their wobbly start to the 2064 season.

With Rock River leading 2-0 in the bottom of the second, Snook hit a fastball from Raul Cortes for a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Rats ahead, 4-0.

"It was our day today," Snook told the Rock River Daily News. "But we've got to keep our nose to the grindstone."
