The Fraser Valley Black Bears defeated the Carson City Mustang, 15-6, in part because of designated hitter Brad Downey. Downey belted 3 home runs, while scoring 4 and driving in 7 for the Black Bears. Tyler Horwitz, the winning pitcher, is now 3-1.
