Soggy conditions did not keep Louisiana and Roaring River from playing their scheduled game.

The Louisiana Crocodiles marched over the Roaring River Steelheads, 13-4, at Casino Grounds. John Rice, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2058 draft, led the charge. He was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 3 and driving in 5. The win elevated the Crocodiles to 18-18.

Louisiana used the hitting of Salvatore Vasquez to pick up the win. The right fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Crocodiles on top, 3-0. For the game, Vasquez had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
