The Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters knocked off the Madison Beehive, 4-2, in TML AA action at Pipe Fitters Park. Niagara Falls pitcher and Tainan, Taiwan, native Wu-shiun Kim had an outstanding performance. With the win, the Pipe Fitters have a record of 29-16.
Niagara Falls took a 3-2 lead on Rob Summers's 3rd double of the season. The 2-run double, which Summers hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Madison pitcher Jose Aguillar visibly frustrated.
Kim attributed the win to his team's "hyper resolve."
