Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters starter Carl Reusch turned in an exceptional performance against the Sandy Springs Spartans at The Coliseum, resulting in a Niagara Falls win, 5-2. Steve Hoefling picked up his 6th save of the season. Niagara Falls now sits at 30-17, while Sandy Springs falls to 22-25.

Tom Mohundro delivered a big hit for Niagara Falls. The designated hitter drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Pipe Fitters ahead, 3-1. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"We want to make a habit of winning," Mohundro said after the game.
