The Murraysville Peacocks got a stellar effort from pitcher Ken Evans, helping Murraysville score a win over the visiting Clearwater Seagulls, 7-2. Evans got the win, improving to 3-2. He gave up 4 hits and walked 6 over 7 innings. He allowed 2 runs. Clyde Dempsey closed it out for his 4th save.
