The Spokane Bulldogs went down to defeat to Edwin Mendiola and his Pacifica teammates. The final score was 5-1, in favor of the Shamrocks. This loss makes it 8 in a row for Spokane.
Pacifica shortstop Alberto Camarillo contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two down, he hit a fastball to left-center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 58th hit of the season and put the Shamrocks ahead, 1-0.
"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Mendiola.
