Jeff Hughes knocked in 3 runs to help Murraysville beat Boise, 6-3. The Glendale, California native tallied 1 single and 1 home run. Picking up the save was 25-year old right-handed pitcher Jared Haney. With the win, the Peacocks have a record of 33-31.

Murraysville used a well-timed hit by Jason Newman to capture the win. The shortstop socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Peacocks ahead, 6-3. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.
