Silicon Valley Loses, 3-0, to Fraser Valley in 10

The Fraser Valley Black Bears relied on a great performance from 23-year old left-handed pitcher Chris Roberts to beat the Silicon Valley Hackers, 3-0, in 10 innings at San Jose Municipal Stadium. Fraser Valley now sits at 48-33, while Silicon Valley falls to 55-27.
Dale Knoll delivered a big hit for Fraser Valley. The pinch hitter drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Black Bears ahead, 3-0. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.
"It was a tough night at the plate," said Silicon Valley manager Brad Jones.
