Steve Bisch had a good game, but he could not keep the Black Mountain Mountaineers from falling, 7-6, to the Adirondack Lumberjacks at Paul Bunyan Field. The Black Mountain center fielder was 3-4 with 3 singles in the loss. Pete Findling earned the save for Adirondack. With the win, the Lumberjacks improved to 55-27.

David Gilmore helped out the Adirondack cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the first baseman was 1 for 3 with a walk.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Gilmore told the Adirondack Gazette.
