Peacocks Collect 10-5 Win Over Rockets
The Murraysville Peacocks downed the Kelowna Rockets, 10-5, in 11 innings at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum. Jason Alston led the way, going 3-for-3 for Murraysville. The win has Murraysville at 34-64.

The game was at a stalemate until third baseman Cory Donohue came to bat in the top of the 11th. Facing Kelowna pitcher Bill Douglas, he hit a 1-0 curveball for a 2-run single. It was a game-changer, putting Murraysville on top, 7-5.

Alston told a Murraysville News reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
