Reiter Stars for Lumberjacks in 9-1 Win
The Adirondack Lumberjacks beat the Marysville Monarchs by a score of 9-1. Adirondack center fielder Eric Reiter deserved the lion's share of the credit. Reiter went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Lumberjacks. Stu Carnell went 7 innings, allowing 1 run on 6 hits. The right-hander, who is tied for 7th in the RAA in innings pitched with 119.0, struck out 5 and walked 4. With the win, he's now 9-4 this season. The Lumberjacks have an impressive 62-32 record.
