Bulldogs Need Extra Innings to Top Bishops, 5-3
The Spokane Bulldogs topped the Evanston Bishops, 5-3, in 11 innings at FUBU Field. The game was highlighted by the performance of Spokane pitcher Johnny Parke. At 31-84, Spokane is in last place in the TML AA Bruce Bochy Division.

Alfredo Montelongo came through with a big-time hit for Spokane. The left fielder smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the 11th inning to give his team the lead, 5-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Parke.
