The Spokane Bulldogs overcame a good performance by Carson City left fielder Willie Agusto to knock off Carson City, 12-10, at The Kennel. Agusto went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Getting the save was Andy Carr, his 5th. The victory makes Spokane 33-87.

Bill Kennedy hit a 2-run double off Phil Miller in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Bulldogs in front, 11-10. In addition to the double, Kennedy had 2 singles, while going 3 for 5.

"It was one of those games where both teams were swinging the bat well," Kennedy said.
