Pipe Fitters Best Indians, 7-2
The Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters grabbed a win, 7-2, over the Wauwatosa Indians at Albert Park. Niagara Falls left fielder Nate Adkins was 3 for 4 with a triple and a double. He scored 3 runs. The winner in relief was Juan Amador. He is now 2-2. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 4 innings. The triumph puts Niagara Falls at 73-48 for the season.

Niagara Falls used a clutch at-bat from Atissi Ikinya to capture the win. The catcher hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Pipe Fitters ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"Another day, another win. On to the next one," Adkins told the Niagara Falls Citizen.
