The Boston Whitecaps knocked off the Boise Hawks, 7-6, in TML AA action at The Studio. Boston pitcher and Temecula, California, native David Burger had an outstanding performance. Reliever Chris Knotts picked up the win. His record improves to 1-3. Jarrett Allen took the loss. Boston's record now stands at 65-44, placing them first in the TML AA Jim Leyland Division.

Jaime Silvey was the walk-off hero for Boston. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Whitecaps catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place was electric at the end," Silvey said.
