Rockets Walk It Off for 58th Win of Season
Silicon Valley right fielder Tony Vasquez pounded Kelowna Rockets pitchers at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum, but it was not enough to keep the Hackers from falling, 8-6. Vasquez hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The third-place Rockets are 58-53.

The decisive blow was delivered by Ismael Barajas in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run home run off 26-year old right-handed pitcher Nate Morgan to win the game for Kelowna. The home crowd went nuts.

"It's what good teams do, find a way to win," said Barajas.
