Walk-Off Win Makes Buzzard's Bay 78-37
Juan Reyes was a major contributor to the 5-3 Buzzard's Bay win over Marysville. The Beetlecats right fielder was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Buzzard's Bay reliever Robby Medlin picked up the win, upping his record to 10-8. Mark Huffer took the loss. Buzzard's Bay has an impressive 78-37 record.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Buzzard's Bay trailing 3-1, Reyes jumped on a curveball from 23-year old right-handed pitcher Mark Huffer and hit a grand slam home run to right-center. With one swing, the Beetlecats had a walk-off win.

"The crowd was juiced," said Reyes.
