Led by Robby Stewart, the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats defeated the Beaumont Drillers, 8-4. Stewart was 1 for 2 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Beetlecats. Marco Acosta got the win, improving to 12-6. He pitched 7.2 innings, giving up 6 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 2.
