Chapman Field was the site for TML AA action featuring the DeKalb Cornhuskers and Clearwater Seagulls.

Joe White was a major factor in the 7-2 Clearwater win over DeKalb. The Seagulls shortstop was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks. He scored 4 runs and drove in 2. Clearwater is now 62-60, while DeKalb is 54-68.

Zach Johnson had a big 2-run double for the Seagulls in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Clearwater leading 3-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a sinker from Ciro Della Volpe and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 17th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Seagulls ahead, 5-1.

"We didn't get the results that we wanted," said DeKalb skipper Kinnojo Hara.
