Cornhuskers Lose at Home, 3-1, to Windsor
The Windsor Royals earned a close win over the DeKalb Cornhuskers, thanks in part to David Trejo. The Windsor right-hander played a key role in the 3-1 victory. The Royals bumped their record to 75-49 with this win.

Ed Zeerip, who is tied for 3rd in the TAA in triples with 7, had a direct impact on the outcome. Zeerip contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put Windsor up, 2-0.

"We're all about heart and hustle on this team. That's what wins ballgames," Zeerip told the Windsor Chronicle.
