Spartans fans were treated to an exciting walk-off win.

The Sandy Springs Spartans found a way to sneak past the Windsor Royals, 4-3, in 10 innings. Sandy Springs pitcher Jason Evans, for one, had a standout performance. Sandy Springs reliever Josh Wahl picked up the win. Carlos Porras, who is tied for 6th in the TAA in holds with 7, took the loss for Windsor.

Roger Latour delivered a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the tenth to win it for the Spartans. For the game, Latour drew 1 walk in his only trip to the plate.

"Our fans made themselves heard," said Latour.

With the win, Sandy Springs goes to 66-60, while the Royals fall to 77-49.
