Floundering Lumberjacks Lose 6th Straight
Buzzard's Bay picked up a win at The Coffee Grinder, bumping off the Adirondack Lumberjacks, 10-9. Pitcher Jeremy Harris was a major reason the Beetlecats emerged victorious. Matt Williams was the winner in relief. His record is now 9-6. The losing pitcher was Jose Perez. Buzzard's Bay is now 70-63.

Buzzard's Bay got a knockout punch from Chris Ratliff. The left fielder hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"Now that's my kind of ending," said a smiling Ratliff.
