A 3-RBI performance from Brent Kuby helped the Pacifica Shamrocks beat the Roaring River Steelheads, 16-9. Esteban Castaneda picked up the win, improving his season record to 7-13. He struck out 6 in 5 innings. The Shamrocks improved to 52-105.

Cesar Vargas hit a 2-run double off David Ruano in the top of the first, which put the Shamrocks in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Vargas had 2 singles, while going 3 for 4.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Kuby.
