The Murraysville Peacocks topped the Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters, 6-3, in RCL AA action at Red Bull Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Murraysville pitcher Steve Stevens. Stevens, now 5-3, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 4, walking 2, and allowing 3 runs. Murraysville has rattled off 6 straight wins.

The Peacocks got a big at-bat from second baseman Jeff Ridell. For the game, Ridell went 1-5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Murraysville a 6-3 lead.
