Brighton used a superb performance from starting pitcher Dave Dunham to down the Santa Clara Vampyres, 6-1. The win has Brighton at 11-6.

Kennan Lannigan, who is tied for 8th in the RLA in bases on balls with 17, helped out the Brighton cause in the top of the second inning with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch. For the game, the designated hitter drew 1 walk in 5 plate appearances.
