Rallying Falcons Get 7-6 Win
The Falcons earned a hard-fought, 7-6 win in 14 innings at Rattlers Field. To do so required withstanding a fine effort from Mojave pitcher Bobby Whittemore. Whittemore went 5 innings and allowed 1 run. Earning his 1st save for River Falls was Ricky Velasquez. River Falls goes to 16-15.

Dave Vargas delivered a big hit for River Falls. The first baseman drilled a solo home run in the top of the 14th inning to put the Falcons ahead, 7-6. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

Vargas called getting the win a "good ending to a long game."
