Canucks Hammered by Miguel, Drop Game 4 to Rats
On the verge of being swept and facing a red-hot Moose Jaw Canucks team, the Rock River Rats had a tough assignment. Alex Miguel delivered.

The Rats second baseman was unstoppable for the visitors, as he was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once in guiding his club to its first victory of the series, 5-4. Miguel, 26, earned accolades for his efforts. The win means Rock River now trails 3-1 in the best-of-7 series.

Miguel had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth to put Rock River in front, 5-2. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run off Moose Jaw pitcher Tom Clow.

"Both teams played hard," said Rock River manager Shunso Sato.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Rat Hole in California City.
