In a tight contest between the Victory Lakes Crawfish and the Rancho Cucamonga, Edgar Bravo was the determining factor. The Victory Lakes right-hander sparkled in his team's 3-2 win. Carlos Guerrero closed out the game, earning his 1st save. The Crawfish win now puts them at 16-22.

Ivan Ayala came through for Victory Lakes when he hit a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a two-strike splitter to left field, staking his team to a 3-2 lead.

Rancho manager Tony Vargas said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
