The Victory Lakes Crawfish knocked off the Ft. Worth Werewolves, 12-5, in TML LA action at Werewolves Grounds. Victory Lakes pitcher and Tendo, Japan, native Tamaichi Ri had an outstanding performance. Ri yielded 1 run over 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 3, and struck out 6. His record improves to 5-4. The win makes Victory Lakes 18-25.

Victory Lakes used a clutch at-bat from Javier Menchaca to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Crawfish ahead, 5-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We hit the ball hard," said Victory Lakes manager Sam Reynolds. "Line drive after line drive."
