Leprechauns Lose to Red Wings in Walk-Off
The Estación Juanita Red Wings topped the Royal Oak Leprechauns, 8-6, with youngster Danny Cabral playing a key role. Cabral was 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Red Wings in the win. Antonio Gonzales claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2.2 innings. His record stands at 1-1. The 4th-place Red Wings now have a win-loss record of 14-29.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Estación Juanita trailing 6-4, Cabral jumped on a fastball from 16-year old right-handed pitcher Willie Aguilar and hit a grand slam home run to left-center. With one swing, the Red Wings had a walk-off win.
