Salguero, Hoosiers Serve Up 19-6 Win
Fernando Salguero had a 4-RBI night to help the Bloomington Hoosiers down the Ft. Worth Werewolves, 19-6. Picking up the win was Orlando Villavicencio. He went 6.2 innings, allowing 5 runs on 5 hits. The left--hander struck out 7 and walked 7. The loss makes Ft. Worth 18-28.

Danny Otero had a big 2-run double for the Hoosiers in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Bloomington trailing 4-3 and the bases loaded, he got a sinker from Chris Pirela, who is tied for 3rd in the TLA in complete games with 2, and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 2nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Hoosiers ahead, 5-4.

"We knocked the fire out of the ball," said Bloomington manager Matthew Buchanan. "The guys swung the bats pretty good, and that's fun to see."
