Schweitzer Swings Longhorns to 15-7 Win
The Texas Longhorns beat the Stanford Cardinals, 15-7, at Surfers Ballpark. Kyle Schweitzer, who leads the RDL in bases on balls with 46, starred for Texas. He was 2-2 with a triple, 3 walks, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. The Longhorns saw their win-loss record go to 14-17. At the same time, the Cardinals fell to 9-22.

The game turned with one out in the top of the fourth when Schweitzer hit a 2-run triple. It thrust the Longhorns into the lead, 5-3.

"I think we all put in a good day's work," said Schweitzer.
