Seminoles Pull Back to .500 With Win Over Yellow Jackets
|
The Florida State Seminoles stymied the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 6-2, at Ballpark of Riverdale College. Andy Weed, who had a good day at the plate, was named player of the game. He went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for Florida State. Nazir Mayo earned the save for Florida State, his 8th of the year. Florida State is in 10th place in the Ron Fraser Division with a record of 22-22.
