A 3-RBI performance from second baseman Régis Crouzet, who is tied for 10th in the TLA in hits with 110, led the Bloomington Hoosiers to a win over the Rancho Cucamonga, 5-2. Omar Orozco got the win, improving to 6-6. He pitched 6.1 innings, giving up 3 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 9 and walking 5. Bill Rangel closed it out for his 9th save.

Tony Padilla, who is tied for 7th in the TLA in triples with 4, helped out the Bloomington cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the left fielder was 2-4 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Bloomington manager Matthew Buchanan.
