Architects Get Thrilling 8-7 Win
Oak Park Stadium was rocking after an exciting Architects win.

Despite a fine performance by center fielder Ryan Rickett, the Royal Oak Leprechauns lost to the Oak Park Architects, 8-7, in 11 innings. Rickett hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. Their 65-35 record puts the Architects second in the RCL LA East Division.

The Architects got a clutch hit from center fielder Danny Valverde. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Architects.

"What a great game, great atmosphere," Valverde said.
