The Tulsa Titans got a sterling performance from pitcher Osamu Nishimura, but the Victoria Cougars still prevailed, 5-4. Nishimura came in in relief and pitched to 23 batters. The loss makes Tulsa 55-50.

The Cougars got a big at-bat from left fielder Juan Gallegos. For the game, Gallegos went 1-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 13th home run of the season gave Victoria a 3-0 lead.
