The Toronto Blue Jays outscored the Bloomington Hoosiers, 23-10. Ken Currie led the way, going 2-for-5 for Toronto. Toronto is looking good at 96-11.

The Blue Jays got a big hit from first baseman Brian Ruddock. Facing Bloomington pitcher Carlos Munoz in the bottom of the sixth, Ruddock pounded a bases-clearing triple to center. His 3rd triple of the season put the Blue Jays ahead, 12-8.

"Been a rough stretch for us," said Bloomington manager Matthew Buchanan.
