The River Falls Falcons overcame a good performance by Ft. Worth left fielder Ruben Rivera to knock off Ft. Worth, 10-7, in 11 innings at Werewolves Grounds. Rivera was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. After today's action, River Falls sits at 80-57; Ft. Worth slips to 57-80.

Angel Villarreal delivered a big hit for River Falls. The second baseman drilled a grand slam home run in the top of the 11th inning to put the Falcons ahead, 10-6. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.
