Werewolves Win in Glorious Fashion, 10-8
A 5-RBI performance from the 24-year old center fielder Philippe Parent helped the Ft. Worth Werewolves beat the Aiken Thoroughbreds, 10-8. Reliever Sal Leyva picked up the win. His record improves to 7-10. Sergio Rivera, who is rated as the 52nd best prospect by BNN, took the loss. At 59-82, the Werewolves are currently third in the TML LA West Division.

The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Ft. Worth trailing 8-7, Parent jumped on a fastball from 20-year old right-handed pitcher Sergio Rivera and hit a 3-run home run to center. With one swing, the Werewolves had a walk-off win.

"What a great game, great atmosphere," Parent said.
