Despite a great performance by Tulsa third baseman Fjodor Paholkov, the Victoria Cougars defeated the Titans by the score of 7-5 at Titans Park. Paholkov was 2 for 3 with 2 doubles and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs. Joe Pierce wrapped it up, recording his 41st save. The Cougars, now 88-60, have won 7 in a row.

Victoria took a 7-3 lead on Joe Javorski's 6th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Javorski hit in the top of the ninth, left Tulsa pitcher Miguel Corral visibly frustrated.
